At Youinou, we favor seafood from sustainable fishing. Firmly rooted in its territory, Youinou is a member of Produit en Bretagne (Produced in Brittany) and actively contributes to the development of inner Brittany, in perfect harmony with its nature and its people. Youinou’s new production site has been thought out with a view to contributing to sustainable development, limiting water and energy consumption and waste production as much as possible.
