Coming from both the sea and the earth, all raw foodstuffs are strictly selected. Systematically checked for acceptance according to requirements in effect between the Youinou Company and its suppliers, these foodstuffs are guaranteed GMO-free.
Traced from upstream down to points of sale, these products are subject to stringent controls throughout the whole process. Youinou’s quality system is based on customer satisfaction and on the ISO 9001 guidelines. Many controls are performed every day: weight, seafood percentages, sensory analyses—and more than 1,000 microbiological and chemical analyses are carried out each year.
