35% scallop nuggets, cream, mushrooms, calvados apple brandy.
Hand-made gourmet scallop: crescent-shaped bread raspings, puff pastry fleuron.
Préparation
Regular oven: preheat your oven for 10 minutes, put your scallops in the oven at medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes.
Microwave oven: 1 to 2 minutes, depending on your oven’s rating. We recommend a conventional reheating method.
