Italian-style marinated nuggets
Ingredients
90% scallop nuggets (Zygochlamys patagonica (Argentina, MSC-labeled nuggets), olive oil, balsamic vinegar and oregano.
Preparation
Marinated nuggets are ideal as appetizers. They also blend very well with salads. Hot, fried or skewer barbecued, they’re absolutely delicious. To enjoy them even better, allow them to rest for 30 minutes at room temperature before serving.
