Scallop meat and crayfish puff pastry square

Ingrédients

All-butter puff pastry. Filling with 20% scallop nuggets and 20% crayfish, cream, calvados apple brandy.

Préparation

Regular oven: preheat your oven for 10 minutes, put your puff pastries in the oven at medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes.
Do not cook in a microwave oven.

Conservation

Recommended storage temperature: between 0°C and +4°C.
Use-by period: 21 days.
