Oysters with brittany cider and vegetable assortment

Ingrédients

Oyster flesh, cream, cider (22.6% of sauce), leeks (12% of sauce), carrots (9% of sauce).

Préparation

Regular oven cooking (preferred cooking method for a tastier product): preheat your oven for 10 minutes to mark 6/180°C. Reheat the oysters for 12 min to mark 6/180°C. The oyster should be slightly browned on the edge in its shell.
Microwave oven cooking: reheat your products at maximum rating for 3 to 4 minutes, depending on your oven’s rating.
In springtime and summertime, your oysters may be barbecued.

Conservation

Recommended storage temperature: -18°C.
Use-by period: 18 months.
