Mini vegetable chaussons
Ingrédients
Shortcrust pastry with spices, carrots, potatoes, leeks, courgettes, sweet peppers and green peas. Tomato and cumin sauce as accompaniment to the mini turnovers.

Recommended storage temperature: -18°C.
Use-by period: 24 months.
Conservation
Regular oven: preheat your oven for 10 minutes, put your stuffed turnovers in the oven at medium heat for 6 minutes. Do not cook in a microwave oven.
