Mini seafood chaussons

Ingrédients

Shortcrust pastry with spices, scallops, shrimps, spinach, carrots, onions, olive oil, sweet peppers. Tomato and cumin sauce as accompaniment to the mini turnovers.

Préparation

Regular oven: preheat your oven for 10 minutes to 200°C, and then put your mini turnovers in the oven for about 10 to 15 minutes, depending on your oven’s rating. Do not cook in a microwave oven.

Conservation

Recommended storage temperature: -18°C.
Use-by period: 24 months.
